We are looking at making some small amendments to the standard fields on the Homeless form to help officers with those cases that do not go on to be an H-CLIC case.
I just wanted to highlight these changes to you and see if you had any comments.
EXISTING FIELD - At the initial approach, is there a reason to believe the applicant is homeless, or threatened with homeless
EXISTING FIELD - Assessment date
NEW FIELD - Triage outcome (new single select field)
New standard field hidden by default
Standard values will be 'Provided advice only', 'Applicant withdrawn enquiry' & 'Homeless application taken'
If 'Provided advice only' is selected then the Provided advice only state will be suggested*
If 'Applicant withdrawn enquiry' is selected then the Not required/added in error state will be suggested*
New dropdown options will be able to be added and tagged to suggest either of the Provided advice only or Not required/added in error states
* The suggested state will appear as a purple badge on the state change dropdown in the same way that the H-CLIC states are currently suggested.
