How do I see why an applicant can't bid on a property?
Within the back-office you are able to place bids on behalf of an applicant but also see why they are ineligible for other properties. All of this id done from the Bids page on their Housing Register application.
If you click

the following dialog is displayed:
Clicking the

will display all properties they are not able to bid on.
Expanding a property displays the reasons why they are ineligible and cannot place a bid.
