Updated the impersonation functionality so a back-office user cannot inadvertently set a message to be Read.

Person

Updated the Cases page of the Person form so the filter defaults to ‘All’ instead of ‘Active’.

Notes

Updated the functionality used to move Notes with a case strand so that the original creation date and user details appear in the History of the case that the Note is moved to.

Properties

Fixed an issue where a property media image would be rotated but not be saved correctly in the newly rotated format.

Comms

Fixed an issue where if a message did not send correctly it could be read on the public portal but still show in the back office as unread.

Housing Register

Updated the local connection list so if a Local connection band override is present it uses the correct Band name instead of the item label.

Fixed an issue where journals created to capture when a Band changed on application were not stored with a BST time

Actions

Fixed an issue where if an Action was created using an Action definition with a default Target date, the Target date always appeared even if it was removed prior to being saved.

Fixed an issue where editing a Support assessment action would generate an API error.

Fields

Updated the ICO Personal data guidance website link, displayed when editing a field.

Data retention

Updated the Person data retention policy so that a related public portal account is anonymised at that same time as the person.

Shortlists

Fixed a number of unknown transitions that could be reported in certain scenarios when processing a shortlist and would cause an API error to be generated
