Homeless placements

The Homeless placements list has been updated with the following tables renamed:

-        Homeless (English legacy) is now Linked homeless (English legacy)

-        Homeless (English) is now Linked homeless (English)

-        Rough sleeper is now Linked rough sleeper

 When added, fields from these tables will show information from the record that the placement has been created against.

New tables have been added to the list so that information can be added to the list from these areas:

-        Homeless (English legacy)

-        Homeless (English)

-        Rough sleeper

For example, you can now view homeless placements in the list and add in fields from the Rough sleeper form if one exists on a case.

Rough sleepers

The Rough sleepers list has been updated with the following new tables added:

-        Latest rough sleeper placement

-        Latest rough sleeper tenancy

-        Latest rough sleeper tenancy property

-        Latest rough sleeper tenancy property void

Cases

Add new functionality to create an audit entry in the History when the Call button is clicked against a household members telephone button.

A new system setting has been introduced to the General group called, Case people show reason for leaving.

When this setting is enabled a dropdown list is displayed when an End date is entered against a person on a case, and the user must select the reason the person is leaving the case.

The field uses the lookup entitled Reason for leaving case.

This setting is turned off by default.

Public portal accounts

Added the Last logged in date field so that it can be added as a column to lists.

Comms

Added new functionality that allows a comms message that has been generated for posting to an applicant to be marked as ‘Printed’.

Cases and case strands have all been updated to have 3 new calculated fields created against them:

Unread comms count

Details the number of unread comms messages an applicant has.

Unprinted comms count

Details the number of comms messages that have been generated to be posted and have not been marked as ‘Printed’

Date last comms sent

The date an applicant was last sent a comms message for the related case or case strand.

Cases have had 2 additional calculated fields ceated against them:

Total unread comms count

The total number of unread comms for the case and all the associated case strands added together.

Latest date last comms sent

The latest date a comms message was sent relating to the case or one of the associated case starnds.

Bids

New calculated fields have been added to the Housing Register for use in lists to make it easier to report on unreasonable refusals:

-        Unreasonable refusals count last 3 months

-        Unreasonable refusals count last 6 months

-        Unreasonable refusals count last 12 months

Housing Register

Added a new Minimum number of preferred areas config option that when made mandatory enforces an applicant to enter at least that number of areas.

Public portal

Infrastructure

New bot detection functionality has been added to the public portal to prevent bots attempting to log in, register accounts, request password reset, etc.

The functionality predominantly remains invisible but if the system detects suspicious activity then a CAPTCHA will be displayed.

Website content

Added three new areas to the My Account page where custom content can be added.

Homeless placements

Fixed an issue on the Homeless placements list where rough sleeper information was incorrectly being displayed in the list when the fields were added.

Integration jobs

Fixed an issue where an integration job could fail on one or more records but still be marked as ‘Success’.

Added additional functionality to scheduled data loads to ensure they retry after an error is thrown.

Homeless

Fixed an issue where the field Reason for loss of Resettlement Scheme or sponsorship placement could not be added as a column to any lists that displayed Homeless records.

Lists

Fixed an issue where Date time fields always appeared in Excel exports in GMT format an didn’t display BST times where relevant.

Public portal

Fixed an issue where the data picker quick select was incorrectly displayed as a light bulb icon.
