Comms

A new message sub type has been created called Housing register bid/offer letter.

This sub type allows fields to be added from:

-       Property

-       Void

-       Landlord

-       Bid

When creating a Comms message using this type the user will be required to select which Offer or Suggested offer the message relates to.

 

 

When creating a Comms message the Which organisation is it sent from dropdown list only displays those organisations the current user has access to.

 

 

Case and case strand comms templates can now have details of the people on the case merged into them.

A new Insert merge table option is available in a Comms template that allows you to add People fields.

 

 

When previewing PDF versions of Comms messages they are now displayed in a new browser window, instead of being downloaded.

 

Properties

The following enhancements have been made to the Property form:

Advert type – the field is only displayed when a Permitted use of ‘Social housing’ is selected

Ward – the field can now be hidden if not required

Level access – the ‘No’ value has been hidden by default

Sheltered – the ‘No’ value has been hidden by default

Wheelchair adaptation - the ‘No’ value has been hidden by default

 

Actions

New fields have been added to the Case, and each case strand, to monitor when applicants have completed all of their public portal actions associated with that item. These new fields are:

-       Case actions need review

-       HRA actions need review

-       HOM actions need review

-       FA actions need review

-       HA actions need review

-      RS actions need review

Once all applicant assigned actions are in the ‘Awaiting review’ state the field is set to ‘True’.

A new field has also been added to the Case entitled, All actions need review.

This field is set to ‘True’ when an applicant has completed all of their public portal actions on the Case and all associated case strands.

 

Homeless placements

The Homeless placements list has been updated to allow information from the Landlord table to be added as columns.

 

 

When creating a Homeless placement only those properties belonging to your organisation are now available to select from.

 

Files

Any files that are PDF format now have a View File button displayed that allows them to be viewed in a browser tab to avoid having to download them.

Public portal

Housing Register pre-assessment

A new Ineligiblity check object can be added to the Housing Register My Pre-assessment form.

This is a text area that when displayed on the form, using logic rules, will stop an applicant from being able to continue and submit a Housing Register application. Their Housing Register pre-assessment will remain in the Ineligible state.

This can be overridden in the back office if required to allow them to submit an application.

 

Fixed

Back office

H-CLIC

Fixed an issue where an error would prevent the H-CLIC file being generated if Any support needs was set but Assisted support needs field was empty.

 

Dashboards

Fixed an issue where a Dashboard tile could report a different number than when actually clicking through to the list. The discrepancy occurred when the Is blank and Is not blank operators were used.
